Challenge

After acquiring and renovating ChurchHill Commons in 2021, the new ownership needed a digital presence that matched their multi-million-dollar physical investment. The property had no website, no online tenant directory, and no way for prospective tenants to discover leasing opportunities. The rebrand from the old mall identity to "ChurchHill Commons" needed a digital home.

Beyond the public-facing site, they needed a tenant management layer — a way to organize their directory, showcase anchor tenants, and manage leasing inquiries without the complexity of a full property management SaaS.

Solution

We built a dual-purpose property website:

Premium property showcase — Hero section establishing ChurchHill Commons as Hazleton's everyday destination. Property history, renovation highlights, and location advantages with I-81 access and complimentary parking.

Interactive store directory — Browsable tenant listings organized by category (retail, dining, services, healthcare). Each tenant has hours, contact info, and description. Directory is CMS-managed for easy updates.

Leasing information portal — Available spaces with square footage, location within the property, and direct inquiry forms. Designed to attract quality tenants that complement the existing mix.

Community-first design — Clean, minimal aesthetic that reflects the renovated property. Responsive across devices for shoppers checking hours or directions on mobile.

Outcome

The website became central to ChurchHill Commons' rebrand:

Leasing inquiries increased significantly with prospective tenants discovering available spaces through organic search for the first time.

Tenant satisfaction improved with each store getting professional online visibility through the directory — a benefit many small tenants couldn't achieve on their own.

The site now serves as the primary reference point for the Greater Hazleton community, driving foot traffic and reinforcing ChurchHill Commons' position as the neighborhood's everyday destination.
